Ocean City Sentinel — Where can you watch the unwavering ocean smash against the unyielding beach while taking a shower? In the wonderful single-family home at 5235 Central Ave., that’s where.

There’s also a storage room and outside shower, both sheltered by the home above.
The home’s location in the deep Southend neighborhood is like getting away from it all while getting away from it all. Sure, it’s nice to be downtown where all of the action is, from thrill rides and candy stores to T-shirt shops and miniature golf, but this part of the island has more homes than businesses and is set among the wild dunes, generating a feeling of being on a remote island while being just a couple of miles away from the attractions.
