Michael B. Jordan became the latest celebrity to deal with an unwanted guest at his Los Angeles-area residence.
According to TMZ, on Wednesday afternoon, while the 37-year-old actor was at home, a suspect was spotted in his front yard. Jordan’s security team quickly contacted the LAPD and escorted the individual off the property while waiting for police to arrive.
When officers spoke with the suspect, he claimed to be Jordan’s security, a statement later proven false. Initially, Jordan’s security team only wanted to remove the trespasser from the premises, but after the suspect left, they decided to press charges. The LAPD took a trespassing report and gathered the suspect’s personal information.
Jordan was not present when police arrived, and there is no known history of this individual visiting the actor’s home. Detectives are investigating the incident before potentially forwarding the case to prosecutors for possible charges.
