Court documents have revealed shocking details about Fox Sports host Joy Taylor’s alleged use of sexual relationships with key figures in the sports media industry to advance her career.

A lawsuit filed in Los Angeles on behalf of hair stylist Noushin Faraji includes explosive allegations against Taylor, ex-NFL star Emmanuel Acho, and Fox Sports executive Charlie Dixon.

According to the lawsuit, Taylor, a 37-year-old broadcaster, allegedly plotted to manipulate her relationships with Dixon and Acho to further her professional ambitions. One of the more alarming accusations is that Taylor planned to fabricate a sexual misconduct allegation against Dixon once he was no longer beneficial to her career. The lawsuit cites a portion of the document stating, “Once Mr. Dixon was no longer useful to [Taylor], she would follow through on her plan to tell the company that he forced himself on her.”

This lawsuit also targets several high-profile individuals and entities, including Dixon, former FS1 host Skip Bayless, and the Fox Corporation itself. The case touches on accusations of sexual battery, retaliation, and hostile workplace behavior, allegedly spanning from 2012 to 2024. Faraji claims Bayless offered her $1.5 million for sex, while Dixon is accused of groping her. Furthermore, Taylor is accused of dismissing Faraji’s complaints about sexual harassment from both Bayless and Dixon, telling Faraji to “get over it.”

Faraji’s lawsuit reveals that she suspected a romantic affair between Taylor and Dixon starting in 2016. According to the legal documents, Faraji joined Taylor for a drink in Santa Monica and noticed Taylor with Dixon. From their body language, Faraji believed they were involved in an affair, despite both individuals being married at the time. Faraji kept her concerns to herself, but the details would later be significant in the lawsuit.

Taylor’s career at FS1 reportedly advanced due to Dixon’s support, even though Bayless was reportedly opposed to hiring her. The lawsuit alleges that Dixon, who was a key decision-maker at the network, pushed for Taylor’s role as a host on FS1, over Bayless’ objections. In a crucial dinner meeting between Charlie Dixon, Taylor, and Bayless, Taylor reportedly dressed provocatively and acted in a manner meant to influence Bayless. Eventually, Bayless allegedly relented, agreeing to approve Taylor for the role as a favor to Dixon.

Taylor’s marriage to Richard Giannotti ended soon after the allegations surfaced. The lawsuit indicates that during a dinner with Charlie Dixon and their spouses, Giannotti became suspicious of his wife’s relationship with Dixon. Following this, evidence of the affair allegedly came to light, leading to the couple’s divorce.

Further complicating the situation, Faraji claims that Taylor used her sexual relationships with both Charlie Dixon and Acho to advance her career. In 2020, Taylor sought to join Acho’s show, ‘Speak for Yourself,’ and Faraji asserts that Taylor confirmed her romantic involvement with him. Taylor allegedly dismissed any concerns about Dixon’s potential jealousy, explaining that once Charlie Dixon was no longer of use to her, she planned to accuse him of misconduct, ensuring she wouldn’t be forced out of her position.

In response to these allegations, Fox Sports has issued a brief statement, expressing that they take the accusations seriously and will allow the legal process to unfold. However, Taylor, Bayless, and Acho have yet to comment publicly.

The lawsuit continues to make waves, with serious implications for some of the most well-known figures in sports broadcasting. Despite the allegations, Taylor remains engaged to former NBA player Earl Watson, although they have since reportedly split.
