JEFFERSON CITY — A new business wants to give women the tools they need to achieve their goals.
Sarah Bohl and Ashley Freeman started Mindset In The Making about five months ago.
“Mindset in the Making is a wholistic lifestyle brand dedicated to inspiring women by providing them with tools and resources for mindset mastery, with a strong emphasis on intention, discipline, mindfulness, curiosity, introspection, and gratitude,” says their website. “Our mission is to help women develop a positive mindset, cultivate resilience, and achieve their goals.”
The company offers six journals on their website to help people master positive habits.
“There are things you can’t control,” Bohl said, “but you can control your attitude and how you react to certain situations. The six journals we’ve come up with are these six habits we find important.”
You can either buy a physical journal or download them digitally aim to boost women resilience.
We identified these habits that, if you can develop, it can help you master your mindset amidst the craziness of life,” Freeman said.
